School Reopens: Big News! Schools open after long vacation in this state, school students were seen sweating

School Reopens: Attendance in schools increased by more than 50 percent in the morning despite intense heat on Thursday.

School Reopens: All the schools in the state opened after the long summer vacation. While heavy rains are forecast in North Bengal, South Bengal including Kolkata is still reeling from the heat wave. In order to cope with the heat, the summer vacation was extended and the students were given relief. Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee announced this. However, when the summer holidays opened on June 15, heavy rains in one part of the state, while the other part is still burning with heat.

Attendance in schools was over 50 per cent in the morning amid intense heat on Thursday. Most of the schools opened in the morning. But the temperature is still high enough So arrangements have been made to install additional fans in many schools Adequate water supply has been provided to schools in the western district. West Midnapore schools had an attendance rate of more than 50 percent on the first day. Students have appeared in the morning at Garagagar Ramakrishna Primary School in Debra Block. There is enough heat. Mid meal cooking has also started from today.

Reading has started again in school. The old rhythms of the Kachikachas have returned. All schools in the state opened from Friday after a 45-day summer vacation. However, the heat is still not over. Along with it increased discomfort due to humidity. This year, summer vacation fell in government and government-sponsored schools in the state from May 2. The state government announced that secondary and higher secondary schools will open from June 5 and primary schools from June 7. But within 24 hours of that announcement, the holiday was extended.

It has been announced that summer vacation will continue in the state schools till June 14. Then from June 15, the state’s primary, secondary and higher secondary schools will open, the chief minister said. According to the Meteorological Department, although the rains have started in North Bengal, South Bengal will still remain under heat for a few more days.
