MP School News: There is a relief news for the school students of Madhya Pradesh. In view of the continuously changing weather and increasing fog along with rain and hailstorm in the state, the timings of many schools have been changed. The timings of schools in districts including Bhopal and Indore have been changed. Orders in this regard have also been issued by the District Collector.
School timings changed in these districts
- On Tuesday, Bhopal Collector Ashish Singh has ordered to open all the primary schools from nursery to fifth class running in the district only after 9 o’clock so that small children can be protected from the cold winter. He has given instructions that all government, non-government and CBSE schools from class nursery to class 5 in Bhopal district will not operate before 9 am. This order of the Collector is effective with immediate effect.
- Indore Collector Dr. Ilaiah Raja T has also directed that in view of the possibility of adverse impact on the health of children studying in all schools affiliated to government, non-government aided, recognized, CBSE, ICSE, MP Board and all other boards. From now on, all schools from nursery to class five will not open before 9 am.
- Under the direction of Dindori Collector Vikas Mishra, keeping in view the health of the students due to cold wave and extreme cold, all such government/non-government/aided/CBSE/Navodaya/Central, Primary, Secondary, High schools and Higher secondary schools which are operating in the morning shift, whose operating timings are changed from 08:30 am to 02:00 pm. No change has been made in the time table of the second shift. No school head should run the school before the revised scheduled time of 08:30. During inspection, if any institution head is found not following the order, disciplinary action will be taken against the institution head.
- According to the order of Collector Kumar Purushottam, due to winter season and drop in temperature in government/non-government/CBSE/ICSE/Secondary Education Board and schools affiliated to all the boards running under Ujjain district. Keeping this in view, while changing the timings for all the schools of the district from class nursery to class 8th, the school timings will not be kept before 9 am and after 4 pm, that is, the timings of the schools will be from 9 am to evening. It will be around 4 o’clock. The said order will be effective immediately and will remain in force till January 31, 2024. The above information was given by District Education Officer Anand Sharma.
- According to the order issued by Sagar Collector, due to sudden drop in temperature in Sagar district, all government/non-government aided/recognized/CBSE/ICSE/Secondary Education Boards and all boards Keeping in view the possibility of adverse effects on the health of the students studying in the schools affiliated to the CBSE, all the schools from class nursery to class fifth should not be operated before 9:00 am under any circumstances.
