School Opens: All government and private schools in Delhi will be opened as before from Monday. Permission to open schools has been given by ending the winter vacation ahead of time.
Delhi News: It has now been decided to open the schools which were closed due to air pollution in the national capital Delhi. All government and private schools of Delhi will be opened from Monday i.e. 20th November. It has been said in the government order that there will now be offline classes from pre-school to 12th. However, for the time being the ban on outdoor sports activities will continue. Let us tell you that due to increasing air pollution, winter break was declared ahead of time in the capital.
An order has been issued by the Directorate of Education on Saturday. In this it has been said that schools will be opened after winter break. Holiday was declared in schools till 18th November. At the same time, in the order of the Directorate, it has been said that the air quality index has improved in the capital. It said that the forecast issued by IMD and IITM indicates that there has not been a sharp decline in the air quality in Delhi. In such a situation, the sub-committee of GRAP has withdrawn its order of November 5. Under this, the action directed under GRAP phase four has also been withdrawn.
All classes will now be online, assembly will be banned
The Directorate of Education said that “in view of these activities, orders are issued to open all government, aided and private schools.” This order will be applicable from pre-school to class 12th. All classes will be offline from 20th November. However, outdoor sports activities and morning assembly will not happen for the next one week. A decision on this will be taken in the next order. The Directorate has said that the parents of the children should be informed in this regard.
