How Sarah became overweight

Sarah said in one of her interviews that PCOD was the major cause of her childhood obesity, which increased her weight. PCOD is polycystic ovarian syndrome caused by deteriorating balance in hormones. Due to this she became foody and her weight increased significantly.

Sarah has been making acting and funny videos since young ages. She always wanted to act. So he thought of coming to Bollywood. For this, he decided to lose weight and get fitness. 

Sara said that once her weight used to be 96 Kg but today Sara’s weight is only 50 Kg. He worked hard for 40 kg. Lose weight, which is not an easy task.




Sara says that for weight loss, she not only took balanced diet but also stopped eating fast food. He stopped not only pizza burgers but everything from his diet to bread and rice. She could not even take chocolate, sugar etc.

Diet also played an important role in Sara’s weight loss journey. She was eating chicken and eggs at the time of wet loss journeys. Although Sara had also followed the Keto Diet, but it had no effect on her, so she left it. Now Sara consumes such things which are full of nutrients like minerals, vitamins and fiber.

Sarah controlled her diet and exercised heavily in the gym. This led to his extra fat burn. Also, he made his dancing hobby a means of weight loss. Her passion is dance, due to which she is always active.

He also started doing yoga daily to lose weight. She also performs Surya Namaskar and Pranayama regularly. Her favorite workout style is Pilates, where she takes training from celebrity trainer Namrata Purohit. 

Sara’s tips are very useful for those who want to lose weight. Sara did hardcore intensive cardio to reduce belly and waist fat. After which he switched to intermediate form exercises.

Not only this, he changed everything from diet to workout. His workout regimen included functional training, kickboxing, swimming, Pilates and the uber-trendy, bootcamp training that a lot of celebs do. While working for weight loss, he also started doing yoga daily. She also performs Surya Namaskar and Pranayama regularly.

When Sara became very fit, her mother could not recognize her. Amrita Singh was also surprised to see Sara’s dedication to weight loss. Sara was out of the house in the last days of her college, completely devoting herself to weight loss. When Sara returned, her mother Amrita arrived to pick her up at the airport. But she could not recognize him because of Sarah’s completely changed look.
