Get enough sleep: It is very important to get at least eight hours of sleep every day. If you are unable to get enough sleep, then it can lead to dark circles under the eyes.
Eat less salt: Minimum salt should be used in your food. Excessive consumption of salt can lead to dark circles under the eyes.
Consume collagen-rich food: With increasing age, include such things in your diet, in which the amount of collagen is high. Because, it fulfills the deficiency of vitamin-C and iron in the body.
