Healthy diet is important

Sleep is also necessary for a healthy body and skin. If you are not able to get enough sleep, then you spoil your health. Lack of sleep can also cause stress. Good sleep slows down the aging process. Nowadays the problem of lack of sleep is increasing rapidly among people, to stay away from which you should fix your schedule.
