Special counter for Punjabis at Delhi Airport: NRI passengers will get facilities, service will be operated 24*7

A special facility centre is being set up at Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi for the air passengers of Punjab and NRIs.

An agreement was signed between the Government of Punjab and GMR New Delhi for two years on June 12, 2024. According to this agreement, this facility center is being opened. The service center will operate 24*7.

The aim of this facility center is to provide all possible help to NRIs and other passengers of Punjab at the international airport. This center will have two Innova vehicles available. These vehicles will be available to help the passengers in local movement at Punjab Bhawan and other nearby places.

At the facility center, passengers / relatives of Punjab can seek help for lights, connecting flights, taxi services, lost luggage facilities and any other assistance required at the airport. In case of emergency, some rooms will be made available for passengers and their relatives in Punjab Bhawan Delhi based on availability.

At the same time, a help center number (011-61232182) has been issued for the passengers, which passengers can use to get help at any time.
