New Delhi,The Union Health Ministry was informed on Friday that the Indian government’s price to buy the vaccine being put in the country to prevent corona infection is only Rs 150 per dose. The doses of vaccine purchased by the Government of India will continue to be provided free of cost to the states. States will continue to receive absolutely free vaccine supplements from the center. The ministry also informed that the government is buying the vaccine dose for Rs 150. Currently, Kovishield and Corona vaccine supplements are being offered in the country. Soon foreign vaccine Sputnik V supplements will arrive in the country.

Let us know that on Friday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a meeting with the Chief Ministers of the ten epidemic-affected states of the country and took stock of the situation. Vaccination campaign was launched in the country from January this year and 29,01,412 vaccines of Corona virus were introduced in the last 24 hours, after which the total vaccination figure was 13,83,79,832. In this order, the vaccine dose will be available for those above 18 years of age under the third phase of vaccination from May 1. MyGovIndia tweeted that the registration date is 28 April and from this day registration will begin on the Kovin platform and Arogya Setu app.
The Ministry informed that after the arrival of 3,46,786 new cases of COVID-19 in India in the last 24 hours, the total number of positive cases was 1,66,10,481. After 2,624 new deaths, the total number of deaths has increased to 1,89,544. The total number of active cases in the country is 25,52,940 and the total number of discharged cases is 1,38,67,997.
