New Delhi: Bollywood actress Kriti Sanon worked with Sushant Singh Rajput in the film ‘Raabta’ which got very bad reviews. Sushant Singh Rajput is no more in this world. But years later, Kriti told that after the poor performance of this film, Sushant and he became very depressed. Kriti revealed that one evening she, Sushant and director Dinesh Vijan met and talked about the film’s poor opening while drinking wine.
People didn’t like the movie
In an interview with Film Campaign, Kriti said, whatever happened, one should accept it. You are making films for the audience. You cannot say that they do not understand. If they do not understand, then it is your fault. You cannot say that we were ahead of time. No, you are making films for that time, so you have to connect the audience. where did you fail? You’ll have to find it out yourself.
All three of us were in depression
Kriti further said, it was a very funny night. We were all sad and stressed. The film got very bad reviews. We could not understand anything. We were getting really bad reviews and didn’t know what to say. Dino (Dinesh Vijan) was just like, ‘Come on man, the mood is bad’ We went there and opened the bottle of wine. Dino said, ‘I think it’s a flashback, I should have made it easy. Why did we go to Tribal? The first draft had the story of a common king and queen. It was more connected with the people. Correct? But, we felt that it should be done a little differently. I had a glass of wine in my hand and I said, I told you this.

Kirti also told that during the making of the film, she told director Dinesh Vijan that the story of Flashback Love Story is not looking good. At that time Sushant Singh Rajput and Dinesh Vijan looked at me and said – I don’t know anything. But when people did not like the film, they mentioned what I said at that time.
Sushant died in the year 2020
Kriti Sanon and Sushant Singh Rajput’s film ‘Raabta’ was released in the year 2017. Rajkumar Rao, Jim Sharbh, Varun Sharma were also a part of this film. Dinesh Vijan made his directorial debut with this film and was also one of the producers of the film. The film was based on the reincarnation of two lovers. It is worth noting that during the lockdown in the year 2020, Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his flat in suspicious condition, which shocked the Bollywood industry.
