Pregnant women need special care during the winter season. They have to take care of their health and diet. Folic acid – It is very important in child development and physical development. Folic acid is found completely in dark green vegetables, corn, maize flour, rice, banana and broccoli.
Often, pregnant women are sitting in one place for too long in cold weather, it is not appropriate that they should do light work and exercise with the advice of a doctor.
One should not take clothes off immediately when heat is realized during work and exercise. Wear warm clothes and socks in feet to avoid cold.
