The difficulties of TV actress Munmun Dutta are not seen to be diminishing. Munmun is accused of making derogatory remarks on a particular caste. On social media, people have appealed to arrest Munmun. The actress has also given clarification on this.

Not only this, #ArrestMunmunDutta is trending on Twitter too. In this, Munmun is being accused of commenting on a particular caste. Actually, this whole controversy started with a video of Munmun Dutta. In this, she uses a derogatory term for a particular caste.
One user wrote on Twitter, ‘If the Valmiki society does not clean up as a Kovid Warrior in this Kovid crisis, then you will be killed by the death of the dog. Respect them from whom you are safe. Another user wrote, “This is not the first time that someone has been insulted due to his caste and only by apologizing and trying to save the case, we demand arrest.”

People have been enraged after hearing this comment of Munmun and they have accused Munmun of being a casteist. However, Munmun Dutta has also given his clarification on this. Munmun wrote on her Twitter that she respects all people and has also removed the disputed part of her video. Munmun wrote, ‘This is in reference to a video I posted yesterday where a word I used has been misinterpreted. It was never intended to offend, intimidate, humiliate or hurt anyone’s feelings.
Munmun wrote, ‘Due to the blockage of my language, I was rightly misinformed about the meaning of the word. Once I was made aware of its meaning, I immediately removed this part. I have respect for every person from every caste, creed or gender and accept their immense contribution in our society or nation.
