Teacher Employees: Teachers appointed in the second phase from BPSC i.e. Bihar Public Service Commission are being given training at 81 different training centers in Bihar. Till now, the training work of 36 thousand teachers who have passed the second phase and joined has been completed. The training of the remaining 38 thousand teachers of the second phase will be completed in a month. Meanwhile, according to a local newspaper, State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) Director Sajjan R informed that new teachers are being given complete residential training. This training is being given at SCERT, Bipard and other centres. In the training, students are being given information about important teaching techniques like methods of teaching, running a school, how to talk to children.
Special training for employed teachers
But this is the big news. The training of teachers who passed the second phase in BPSC will end in a month. After this, BPSC has thought of giving training to the employed teachers. Talks are also going on for this. Just waiting for departmental order. As soon as this is received, work on training the employed teachers will be started. However, at present the employed teachers are preparing for the competency test to get the status of state employee.
Update also came regarding competency test
According to the rules, the employed teachers will get the benefit of new salary along with the status of state employee only when they pass the competency test. The big thing is that for this he will be given three chances. The Education Department of Bihar has given the responsibility regarding the competency examination to BSEB i.e. Bihar School Examination Committee. It is being said that the competency test of employed teachers can be taken in March or April this year.
