Bihar Teachers Transfer: Applications for transfer from teachers working in government schools of Bihar will be taken from November 7. Teachers will be given 15 days i.e. about two weeks for this. Not only this, they will also be allotted a new school before the last week of December. This information was given by the Additional Chief Secretary of the Education Department, Dr. S. Siddharth on Saturday. He said that teachers will join the new school in the new year.

The ACS said that the trial of the website was successful and now we will take further action. On Saturday, the training of departmental officials and district education officials was completed. The trial was being done for the last one week. Now we will test it for two days and will make it live for teachers before Chhath. Everyone will be given 15 days to apply according to their options. He said that on Monday, a new guideline prepared for this will also be released.

Dr. Siddharth said that all transfers will be done according to the new policy. Female teachers will be given 10-10 options for panchayats while male teachers will be given 10-10 options for subdivisions. The biggest thing will be that an applicant can change his options till the last date. The option given by them on the last day will be valid. After this, we will complete the further process in 10 days and will allocate their school to the teachers. The entire process will be done from the headquarters level and there will be no interference from the districts in this. The entire system will be transparent. If any case comes up in the future, then the committee formed under the chairmanship of the district officer will solve it. Teachers who pass the competency test will also have to give the option of transfer, only then their applications will be valid.

Attendance will be taken from the faces of children

Attendance will be taken from the faces of children in government schools. Information about their attendance will be taken from this. The trial of this technology has been successful. This new system of attendance of students will be implemented from January 1. After attendance, the tab will confirm the attendance from the faces of the students. This information was given by the Additional Chief Secretary of the Education Department, Dr. S. Siddharth. He was face-to-face with teachers on Saturday under the program ‘Shiksha Ki Baat’.

During this, he also answered 10 selected questions. The Additional Chief Secretary said that after the attendance of the children, the tab equipped with new technology will work on it at night. It will ask for the facial information of the children only after the attendance. It will tell which child really came to school. If 10 children came, then no one will be able to make the attendance of 50. He said that the trial of new technology has been successful through e-Shiksha Kosh.

Olympiad will be held in class 5th and 8th

Dr. Siddharth said that a plan is being worked on to organize Olympiad in class 5th and 8th in government schools. Especially Maths and Science Olympiad will be organized. But, it will be optional for the children. Organizing Olympiad in all classes is difficult. Because, the number of children in government schools is more than two crore. But, we will also consider expanding it further.
