Mutual transfer process to be completed by August 25
The process of mutual transfer of teachers within the district of Basic Education Department of Uttar Pradesh is to be completed by August 25. For this, it will be mandatory for the teacher to upload his/her data on the Manav Sampada portal. Along with this, the representation of the teachers can be accepted till August 10 or it can be rejected.
The teachers are demanding to complete the registration form again by modifying the uploaded data on the portal. Relief has been given to such teachers by the state government. Such teachers will have to present their representations in person and submit them to BSA through email. Will be able to improve it by login BSA. Along with this, the process of acceptance or cancellation of teachers’ registration papers will be completed by August 10.
Pratap Singh Baghel, Secretary, Basic Education Council, has given instructions to all BSAs in the matter. In the issued instructions, it was said that from August 11, teachers will make their papers along with other education. For this OTP will be sent to the person with whom he is doing mutual transfer. Mutual transfer will be valid only after filling OTP. Will be able to complete the proceedings from 12 to 21 August. On the other hand, by August 25, the process of accepting or rejecting their applications will be completed after verifying it by BSA. Only after this further action will be completed.
Process of school allotment of more than 16000 teachers started
Here, after a long wait of more than 16000 teachers for transfer from one district to another, the process of allotment of schools has been started by the Basic Education Department. Starting the process from August 10, it will be completed by August 18. Teachers will have to give their contribution to the allotted school by 19th August. The process of school allotment will be completed online. For this, online school options will be taken from the teachers. In the school allocation process, first of all, 2 teachers will be posted in the teacherless school. After this one in single school and then in 2 teacher school and finally in other school teachers will be allocated.
School allotment will be done first on the basis of Divyang female, then Divyang male, then female teachers, then male teachers option. The process of online school allotment will be done for the school in rural area only. On June 26, the transfer list of 16614 teachers was released. After this, the department has taken more than 1 month to prepare for school allotment. Now the process of school allotment will be started for this.
Set time limit
A time limit has also been fixed for this. The list of teachers and schools will be made available for all circles from August 10 to 14. Allotment of headmaster, assistant teacher including primary school and headmaster upper primary school will be done on August 16, while allotment of assistant teacher primary school of all divisions is to be done on August 17 and 18. Joining will be mandatory till August 19 in the teacher allotted school.
