Tejas Express: Tejas Express, which is recognized as the country’s first private train, has again made preparations to take the passengers to their destination. This train is run by IRCTC. This train will run on the Lucknow Junction-New Delhi-Lucknow Junction route. Passengers will be able to travel by this train from 7 August 2021. This train was stopped earlier due to Corona.

According to the news, the booking of tickets for travel by this train for the passenger has been started on the official website of IRCTC www.irctc.co.in. You can also book tickets on IRCTC Connect App.
Know the schedule
Tejas Express will run four days a week – Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Tejas Express train numbers 82501 and 82502 will run on this route. Tejas Express from New Delhi will depart at 15:40 and will reach Lucknow at 22:05 on the same day. In between, this train will stop at Ghaziabad and Kanpur.
For New Delhi, this train will leave Lucknow at 6.10 am and reach New Delhi at 12.25 pm. The second Tejas Express will complete a total of 511 kms in 6 hours 15 minutes.

If you want to travel in chair car (CC) in Tejas Express from New Delhi to Lucknow, then you will have to pay a fare of Rs 1071. If you want to travel in executive chair car, then you will have to pay a fare of Rs.1964.
Lucknow to Delhi fare
If you travel in chair car (CC) in Tejas Express from Lucknow to New Delhi, then you will have to pay a fare of Rs 1134. If you want to travel in executive chair car, then you will have to pay a fare of Rs 2321.
