During the first wave and the second wave in the background of the corona, it is known that there was a severe shortage of medical personnel everywhere. This created a situation where staff had to be found to provide assistance to Kovid victims.

However, in the wake of warnings of a third wave of Kovid, the Modi government has embarked on a program to recruit new unemployed as frontline workers.

The Prime Minister will provide job and employment opportunities under Prime Minister Kaushal Vikas Yojana 3.0 to the enthusiastic youth and unemployed in the country . As part of the scheme, a total of 1 lakh people will be trained as front line workers. For this, a crash course will be introduced in all 6 sections.

The duration of this course is 2-3 months. The crash course will be offered at 111 training centers in 26 states across the country. The Center will spend a total of Rs 276 crore on this program in this order.

Home Care Support, Basic Care Support, Advanced Care Support, Emergency Care Support, Sample Collection Support, Medical Equipment Support. The center has launched the crash course to increase the number of medical staff in the wake of scientists warning that Kovid is coming a third wave.

Those who are trained as non-medical health care workers will be hired. This will create employment for the unemployed.
