How to Apply Ration Card 

 

  • Ration card is issued by the state governments. Therefore, the procedure to apply for ration card is different in every state.
  • For Ration Card can be applied offline only, there is facility of online application anywhere.
  • If you are from Uttar Pradesh, you can download the form by accessing https://fcs.up.gov.in/FoodPortal.aspx.
  • After this, fill all the necessary information in it and hand it to the ration dealer of your area or to the office of the Food Supply Department.
  • If the applicant wants to apply for the ration card can also apply in the Common Service Center.
  • After submitting the ration card form, do not forget to take the slip.
