Luxury car maker Rolls Royce has launched the world’s most expensive car. The name of this car is Boat Tail and it is worth 20 million pounds i.e. around 200 crores. This car has been prepared by Rolls Royce after four years of hard work.
The Rolls Royce Boat Tail is a four-seater luxury car and is 19 feet long. This is the first Rolls Royce car that has been built under the luxury coach manufacturer’s new coachbuild program. The car is inspired by Rolls Royce’s swap tail car. The swap tail was the most expensive Rolls Royce car before the boat tail.
Swap Tale was sold by Rolls Royce in the year 2017 for about 130 crores rupees. Only one model of this car was launched. The luxury car was built following the request of a powerful European man. According to reports, three models of boat tail car will be launched.
The rear of the car resembles a luxury speedboat. Rolls Royce CEO Torsten Muller says that this car has been designed with all kinds of features for any great holiday or for a picnic and no better package will get you in a car.
Apart from this, the car also has a 15-speaker surround sound system. This system has been modified in such a way that the platform of the car can be used as a sound box. Switzerland’s iconic watchmaker company Bowie 1822 has designed a special watch for this car.
This car has used the same engine which has been used in luxury cars like Rolls Royce Cullinan, Phantom and Black Badge earlier. The V12 6.75 byturbo engine is capable of delivering 563 hp.
Significantly, in India, this car has been used by many famous celebrities. Director Vidhu Vinod Chopra gifted the Rolls Royce Phantom to Superstar Amitabh Bachchan. Amitabh Bachchan worked with Vidhu Vinod Chopra in the film Eklavya and the car was gifted to Amitabh by the director when the film’s shooting was over.
Apart from this, some luxury stars of Bollywood also have this luxury car. These include celebs like Hrithik Roshan, Priyanka Chopra, Shah Rukh Khan, Ajay Devgan, Akshay Kumar, Sanjay Dutt and Badshah.
