The Modi government launched the PMom Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana on 24 February 2019 and it was affected only from December 1, 2018. The first installment of every year is transferred from April 1 to July 31, the second installment from August 1 to November 30 and the third from December 1 to March 31, directly into the farmers’ account.

Aadhaar Card – It is mandatory to give Aadhaar card to the farmer taking benefit of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. You will not be able to take advantage of this scheme if you do not provide an Aadhaar card.
Bank account number: To get the installment, you have to have a bank account number because the government transfers money to farmers through DBT. Your bank account must be linked to Aadhaar. Under this scheme, there were many changes in the form of an installment of 2000 rupees to the farmers. For example, when the first installment was given, the Aadhaar number was not necessary at that time. Aadhaar number has been made mandatory with the second installment. However Assam, Meghalaya, Jammu and Kashmir are exempted from this.

These people will not get benefit
Officers in the central or state government and farmers getting more than 10 thousand pension will not get the benefit. Farmers who paid income tax in the last financial year will also be deprived of its benefits. Doctor, engineer, CA, lawyer, architect, current or former minister, mayor, district panchayat president, MLA, MLC, Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha members are excluded from the scheme.
