In its post, IRCTC has informed about the temporary impact of e-ticket booking service and said that the glitch is due to technical reasons. Currently the technical team is working to fix this glitch and booking will be made available soon.

After this post of IRCTC, many users have complained about problems in e-ticket booking service. A user named Rohit Rastogi wrote that this problem is there in the Tatkal window since 10 am. Payment is not being made. An error is visible in the IRCTC redirect page after payment. But it is worth thinking about why it is being mentioned so late?

This problem is occurring on both IRCTC website and app. Many users have expressed their anger over not being able to book tickets due to problems during IRCTC ticket booking.
