After this decision, the one-way toll for car and jeep from Sarai Kale Khan to Meerut has increased from Rs 165 to Rs 170. The toll for light commercial vehicle bus has become Rs 275 and the toll for truck has become Rs 580. The toll tax rate was also increased in June 2024. The toll is being increased for the second time in less than a year.
At the Chhijarsi toll plaza on NH-9, you will have to pay Rs 175 instead of Rs 170 for a car. Rs 280 will have to be paid for a light commercial vehicle and Rs 590 for a bus and truck. The toll tax for goods carrying vehicles with more than seven axles has been increased by the maximum of Rs 590. Till March 31, toll will be collected at the old rate. The toll from Ghaziabad to Meerut is going to increase from Rs 70 to Rs 75.
