Here automatic toll will be deducted with the help of FASTag and cameras. With its help, there will be no problem of jam on Dwarka Expressway.

Toll plazas will not be built due to free flow tolling system

The National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) has made full preparations to implement this system. It will be implemented in the coming few months. With the help of free flow tolling system, there will be no need to build toll plazas anywhere on this 29 km long highway. The high power cameras installed here will read the fastag installed in the vehicles even at a speed of 100 km per hour. With its help, toll will also be deducted. It is being claimed that this free flow tolling system can also become the basis for satellite based toll collection in the country.

Preparations are on to change the vehicle system for toll recovery

At present, toll plazas have been built on all expressways. Here toll collection is done with the help of Fastag. At present, toll rates have not been fixed on this Dwarka Expressway. The system will be installed on the Delhi-Gurugram border for the Dwarka Expressway. Apart from this, NHAI has also demanded changes in the vehicle system from the Ministry of Road Transport so that the unpaid toll can be recovered.
