AI Challan: While driving on the road, we have to follow many rules. Now in this digital age, if you do not follow the rules, you get challaned online. Traffic Challan Rules: Now wherever you look on the roads, you can see speed measuring cameras installed. It is true that technology has become very advanced and with the help of this technology, challan is issued against those who do not follow traffic rules. With the help of technology, the work of the traffic police has become easy. Awareness about the rules has also been spread among the people. But, on the other hand, due to this technology, people are also facing problems. There have been some cases in which no traffic rule was broken. Despite that, a challan was issued.

If the driver is wearing a black shirt or T-shirt, then he can be fined. Actually, the camera installed on the roads is not able to identify a black shirt or T-shirt correctly. The camera is not able to confirm whether the driver is wearing a seat belt or not. The traffic police standing on the road understands that the driver is wearing a black shirt or T-shirt and has also put on a seat belt. But the cameras measuring the speed of vehicles on the road are not able to identify it correctly. Due to this, the driver is fined for not wearing a seat belt.

Flank issued for wearing a black T-shirt

Actually, Keshav Kislay, who works in an IT company in Karnataka’s capital Bengaluru, had to face trouble due to AI technology. One day Keshav went out with his car and the traffic police camera took a picture and issued a challan. The challan came that Keshav was not wearing a seatbelt. Keshav was surprised to see the copy of this challan. Keshav says that he always drives the car wearing a seat belt. The day the challan was issued for not wearing a seat belt, he was wearing a seat belt that day too. In such a situation, the question arises that how did the challan get issued?

Seatbelt challan cancelled

Actually that day Keshav was wearing a black coloured T-shirt. Due to the colour of the T-shirt being black, the camera could not detect the seatbelt. Hence, an online challan was issued to Keshav for not wearing a seat belt. He raised this matter on the social media platform X. After the matter came to the notice of Bengaluru Traffic Police, they asked him to report the complaint through email. When Keshav emailed all the details, his pending challan was cancelled after 5-6 days.
