Train Cancellation: Attention Passengers! These trains canceled due to torrential rains, check list before leaving home

Train cancellation due to rainfall: Traffic is continuously getting affected due to heavy rains. Due to this many trains have been cancelled. Know which trains will be canceled on 9 and 10 July 2023.

Train cancellation due to rain: With the arrival of monsoon, it is raining heavily in many parts of the country. Due to heavy rains in Delhi NCR, Punjab, Haryana, Uttarakhand, Jammu and Kashmir, water logging and roads are getting damaged. At the same time, flood-like condition has been created in many districts of Himachal Pradesh. In such a situation, the Railways has decided to cancel many trains on 9 and 10 July. Rail traffic has been affected due to water-logging in Sirhind-Nangal Dam and Chandigarh-Saneh sections of Northern Railway.

These trains will be canceled on 9th and 10th July

According to Northern Railway, five trains will be canceled on 9 and 10 July 2023 due to rain. Jammu Tawi-Barmer (14662) and Rishikesh-Barmer (14887) train service will remain canceled on July 9, 2023. At the same time, on July 10, the Sriganganagar-Rishikesh rail service (14712) will remain cancelled. Rewari-Delhi Rail Service (04286) will remain canceled on July 9, 2023. Delhi-Rewari train service (04285) will remain canceled from its originating stations on 10 July 2023.

These trains will be partially canceled

The Barmer-Rishikesh train (14888) leaving Barmer on July 9, 2023 will operate up to Bathinda. The Rishikesh-Barmer train service (14887) leaving Rishikesh on 10 July 2023 will operate up to Bathinda. The Rishikesh-Sriganganagar train service (14711) running from Rishikesh will operate till Barara only. The Rewari-Delhi train service (04500) departing from Rewari on 09 July 2023 will operate only till Delhi Sarai Rohilla.

Delhi-Rewari train service (04499) leaving Delhi on July 9, 2023 will operate from Delhi Sarai Rohilla. Let us tell you that earlier due to heavy rains and landslides, all the trains on the Shimla-Kalka rail route of Himachal Pradesh were cancelled.
