Train Cancelled: Due to heavy rush in Prayagraj on Mauni Amavasya, the railway has cancelled many trains passing through Agra and Tundla. More than 12 trains passing through Agra and Tundla have also been cancelled by the railways on the upcoming dates.

More than 12 trains passing through Agra and Tundla have also been cancelled by the railways on future dates. The cancelled trains include some regular trains as well as Kumbh special trains. Agra Cantt-Banaras Vande Bharat reached Prayagraj with a delay of three to four hours on Wednesday.
Dozens of trains are being run to transport devotees to the Prayagraj Maha Kumbh. Thousands of people are going to Prayagraj by trains to take a dip in the Sangam during the Maha Kumbh. When crores of people reached Prayagraj before Mauni Amavasya, the arrangements there started going haywire. To make the arrangements better, the railways have cancelled many trains on different dates.
According to information received from the railway, many trains passing through Tundla on Wednesday including Anand Vihar Kamakhya Express, Anand Vihar-Puri Express, Anand Vihar-Jogbani Express, Delhi-Ali Dwarpur Express, New Delhi-Gaya Express, New Delhi-Bhagalpur Express were cancelled. Along with this, Udhna-Banaras Express passing through Agra, Bikaner-Guwahati Express, Bhavnagar-Asansol Express, Bikaner-Sealdah Express were cancelled by the railway.

Railways has cancelled trains till 4th February
According to information received from Railways, some trains going to Prayagraj have been cancelled till 4th February. These include Howrah-Kalka Express going from Tundla on 31st January, Anand Vihar-Rewa Express on 2nd February, Bikaner-Howrah Express on 2nd February, Delhi-Ali Dwarpur Express on 3rd February, New Delhi-Gaya Express on 3rd February, New Delhi-Bhagalpur Express on 3rd February, New Delhi-Bhagalpur Express on 4th February, New Delhi-Gaya Express on 4th February, Howrah-Jodhpur Express on 4th February, New Delhi-Kamakhya Express on 4th February, New Delhi-Puri Express on 4th February.
Railways will run six Kumbh special trains in February
Railways has announced special trains for Prayagraj Maha Kumbh. Train No 02423/02424 Subedaganj-Mathura Kumbh Special train will run from Mathura every Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday from 11th to 28th February and from Subedarganj every Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday from 11th to 28th February. The train will leave Subedarganj at 5:15 am and reach Agra Cantt at 2:40 pm and from Mathura at 6 pm and reach Agra Cantt at 7:20 pm. The train will have 7 general, 11 sleeper, 2 third AC coaches. Train No 09725/09726 Jaipur Dhanbad- Khatipura Kumbh Special will leave from Jaipur on 6th February and from Dhanbad on 8th February.
