Railways is now doubling and electrifying six stations between Safdarganj to Patranga and Jafarganj to Tulsipur. For this reason, 12225 Azamgarh-Delhi Kaifiyat Express departing on January 22 will come via the diverted route Shahganj-Jaunpur Junction-Jaunpur City-Sultanpur-Lucknow.
12226 Delhi-Azamgarh Kaifiyat Express, departing from Delhi on January 21, will also depart on the same route. The diverted route of 14853 Varanasi City-Jodhpur Marudhar Express running from Varanasi City on 22nd January will come via Varanasi Junction-Janghai-Maa Belha Devi Dham Pratapgarh Junction-Lucknow. 14854 Jodhpur-Varanasi City Marudhar Express, which left from Jodhpur on Saturday, will run via Maa Belha Devi Dham Pratapgarh Junction on Sunday.
15026 Anand Vihar-Mau Express running from Anand Vihar on January 22 will run via Sultanpur-Jaunpur City-Jaunpur Junction-Shahganj. 15558 Anand Vihar Terminal-Darbhanga Amrit Bharat Express running from Anand Vihar on 19th January via Gonda and 19166 Darbhanga-Ahmedabad Sabarmati Express running from Darbhanga on 22nd January via Zafarabad-Sultanpur.
19167 Ahmedabad-Varanasi City Sabarmati Express will run via Sultanpur on Sunday, from Varanasi City on January 21. 19168 Sabarmati Express will run via Sultanpur, Gorakhpur on January 21 and 22. 22549 Gorakhpur Junction-Lucknow Vande Bharat Express will be diverted via Gonda-Barabanki and 22550 Lucknow-Gorakhpur Junction Vande Bharat Express will run via Barabanki-Gonda-Gorakhpur.
These trains will be canceled midway
14231 Prayagraj Sangam-Basti Express running from Prayagraj Sangam on 20th and 22nd January will end its journey at Maa Belha Devi Dham Pratapgarh and 14233 Prayagraj Sangam-Mankapur Express running from Prayagraj Sangam till 22nd January will end its journey at Sultanpur station.
Route of Rajdhani Express will change
Due to high number of trains at Changsari and Agathori stations on Rangia and Landing divisions of the North Eastern state, the route of 20504/20503 New Delhi-Dibrugarh Rajdhani Express will be changed. 20504 New Delhi-Dibrugarh Rajdhani Express running from New Delhi from 22 to 24 January will run via the diverted route New Bongaigaon-Goalpara Town-Kamakhya.
