If we look at the update from the railways, many trains have been cancelled from January 16 to March 7 due to development work and dense fog, which means these trains will not run for now.
Train Cancelled: Indian Railways is also called the life line of the people of India, about 2.5 crore people travel by train daily, trains also contribute greatly to the economy of India, keeping this in mind, Indian Railways operates thousands of trains. But many times trains are cancelled due to construction work at stations, non-interlocking work, expansion of railway lines etc., and dense fog also becomes a big obstacle in this, these days trains are getting cancelled due to all these reasons.
A large section of people in India like to travel by train or say that traveling by train is more convenient for them, these days there is severe cold in North India, dense fog is prevailing in many states which is hindering the operation of trains, while NI (non-interlocking) work of re-development and yard connection is going on at Jammu Tawi station, this is also stopping the movement of trains, passengers are facing problems due to all these reasons.
Many trains have been cancelled till 7 March
According to the update from the railways, due to development work and dense fog, many trains have been cancelled from 16 January to 7 March, that is, these trains will not run for now. The railways have shared the train numbers and information about their cancellation on their website and social media so that passengers can reschedule their journey on those dates.

- Train number 14617-18 Banmankhi-Amritsar Janseva Express cancelled from 16 January 2025 to 2 March 2025.
- Train number 14606-05 Yoganagari Rishikesh-Jammutvi Express cancelled from 16 January 2025 to 24 February 2025.
- Train number 14616-15 Amritsar-Lalkuan Express will remain cancelled from 16 January 2025 to 22 March 2025.
- Train number 14524-23 Ambala-Barauni Harihar Express cancelled from 16 January 2025 to 27 February 2025.
- Train number 18103-04 Jallianwala Bagh Express will remain cancelled from 16 January 2025 to 28 February 2025.
- Train number 12210-09 Kathgodam-Kanpur Weekly Express canceled from 16 January 2025 to 25 February 2025.
- Train number 14003-04 Malda Town-Delhi Express will be canceled from 16 January 2025 to 1 March 2025.
