Railway Compensation: Tejas Express delayed by 4 hours, now 1000 passengers will get this much compensation

Due to Tejas Express arriving tomorrow (27th December) about 4 hours behind schedule, Railways will now compensate all the passengers involved in the journey.

Train passengers will get this much compensation: Tejas Express ran late by 3 hours 50 minutes yesterday and today this train has been canceled due to fog. Besides, maintenance work has also been done, which was not possible after the delay. Now IRCTC will give compensation of Rs 250 per passenger for 1000 passengers.

If this train reaches its destination late for any reason, the prescribed amount is refunded to the passengers. According to IRCTC rules, if Tejas Express reaches its destination late by 1 hour, a refund of Rs 100 per passenger is given. At the same time, if the train is delayed by more than two hours, then Rs 250 per passenger is refunded.
