  • Passengers can book five types of train tickets using the UTS Android mobile ticketing app:

Process to register on UTS App

  • Search for UTS mobile application on Google Play or Apple iOS and download it.
  • Enter your phone number, name, gender, and date of birth to register on the app.
  • A password generator will be available. Create a memorable strong password for the UTS app.

  • Click on the Register button.
  • To book a ticket, enter your user ID and password.

To book a train ticket, follow these steps:

  • First, select paperless or paper ticket.
  • Select “Depart from” and “Going to” stations.

  • Press the “Book ticket” button and pay your travel fare.
  • R-wallet, UPI, net banking, or card can be used for ticket booking payment.
  • The ticket can be viewed by going to the “Show ticket” option in the UTS app.

How to recharge R-wallet on UTS app?

  • On the UTS app, tap on the R-wallet icon.
  • Select recharge wallet
  • Enter the amount to recharge.
  • Make payment through UPI, Net banking, credit card, or debit card.
  • On completion of this process, the money will be added to your R-wallet.
  • UTS app users will get a 3% bonus on R-wallet charges.

  • Passengers who use the unreserved ticket booking app can board the train three hours after booking.
  • To book a platform ticket, you must be within 2 km of the station or within 15 meters of the railway track.
