In order to rectify the irregularities related to UAN, EPFO has given information about changes in the documents of Joint Declaration List in a new notification. Now you will have to provide documents as per the new notification to update the UAN profile.
As per the new notification, now applicants can submit Aadhaar card in their mother/father’s name, PAN card, 10th and 12th marksheet in their mother/father’s name and driving license to update the information in their UAN profile. Name of mother/father and these documents will have to be given to improve the relationship:
1. Parent’s passport
2. Ration Card/PDS Card
3. CGHS/ECHAS/Medi Claim CARS/PSU Card with photograph issued by Central/State Government

5. Birth certificate, certificate issued by Municipal Corporation and other notified government bodies like Taluk and Tehsil
6. Marriage certificate issued by the government
7. Photo certificate issued by Central/State Government. Bhamashah, Janadhar, MNREGA, Army canteen card etc. will be valid.
