To avail online services related to Aadhaar, you must first register your mobile number with UIDAI.

How to update Aadhaar number via OTP

First through the computer or laptop, the official portal of Aadhaar reached https://ask.uidai.gov.in/.

-Log in with the help of your mobile number and captcha. Once you fill in the details, click on Send OTP.

Put OTP in the box on the right and click submit OTP then proceed. Keep the mobile with you so that you can easily enter OTP easily.

On the next page, you will see the options of Aadhaar Services New Enrollment and Update Aadhaar, click here on the update Aadhaar.

On the next screen, you will see options like name, Aadhaar number, resident type and what you want to update.

Now fill in the mandatory options here and work on selecting the mobile number on the ‘what do you want to update’ section.

On the next page, you will be asked to fill your mobile number and captcha. Work on filling all the fields and click on Send OTP.

Enter the OTP that came to you and verify it.

After this, click on Save and Proceed.

– Check all the details again for the last time and click the submit button.

After doing so, you will get a success screen with Appointment ID. Click on the Book Appointment option and book the slot at the Aadhaar Enrollment Center.

– Here you fill the Aadhaar update form.

Write on your existing mobile number form.

– You do not need to write your old mobile number on the form.

-Executive will work to register your request.

-You will receive an Eclipse slip on which URN update request number will be entered.

How to change your home address: If you want to change your address written in Aadhaar card or want to make some changes in it, then visit UIDAI’s site. It is very important to have the right information and address in the Aadhaar card. Let’s know how to change the address from online UIDAI site to Aadhaar card…

Go to UIDAI website and click on Address Update Request (Online).

– A new page will open in front of you, after which tap on the Proceed button at the bottom.

– Enter your Aadhaar number here and after that enter the OTP sent to you. (OTP will be sent to you on the same number which is linked to your Aadhaar card)

After this, you have to choose whether you want to change the address of the Aadhaar card by the area PIN code or by the address.

-Fill the necessary information on the next page and do the work of clicking on the submit button.

Now to change the address in the Aadhaar card, you have to provide your correct address information along with the documents. For this, you can make any proof of passport, insurance policy, credit card statement, telephone bill (landline), property tax receipts etc. as the basis.

In the end, you will need to choose a BPO service provider. To choose a service provider, click on the radio button after the name of the service provider and click on the submit button.
