New Delhi. UP Board has also started preparing for the board examinations of 2021-22 session along with the results of high school and inter for the academic session 2020-21. According to the report, the UP Board wants to conduct the 10th and 12th board exams in the new academic session on the basis of 70 percent course. A proposal is being prepared for this. It will soon be sent to the government for approval.
The reason behind the 30 percent cut in high school and intermediate syllabus is the corona epidemic. The new academic session has started from April 1. But even after three months the schools have not opened. When will offline classes start back? Nothing can be said. In such a situation, instead of 100 percent, the board is preparing to take the exam of 70 percent course only. According to a report quoting sources from Live Hindustan, the board had invited subject experts to make the course 70 percent.
UP Board has implemented NCERT syllabus in English and Commerce subjects in class 10th and 12th this year. Syllabus for both these subjects has also been cut by 30 percent. Let us inform that last year also the UP Board had reduced the syllabus to 70 percent due to the corona epidemic. But despite this the exam could not be conducted.
