Uttar Pradesh pension scheme for beneficiaries of the added pension
UP Chief Minister Yogi Aditya Nath has told through video conference that pension for three months i.e. July, August, September in the bank account of 86.95 lakh elderly, widow, disabled and leprosy beneficiaries of the state under Uttar Pradesh Pension Scheme on Wednesday.

Has been transferred by the government. So that all these old people, widows, disabled persons and leprosy can spend their life well, this is a very good effort of the state government. Older, widow, disabled and leprosy will no longer be deprived of government schemes. They too will be provided benefits of all government schemes being launched by the government. The Chief Minister says that an effort will be made to provide benefits of the government scheme to all the differently abled, destitute from the villages to the urban areas.
How many beneficiaries of the pension has been
Under this scheme, the leprosy pension will be provided at the rate of Rs. 2500 per month and the old age, widow and disabled persons at the rate of Rs. 500 per month.

UP Old Age Pension Scheme
The old age scheme is for the development of senior citizens of our country. Under this scheme, old people living in the state of Uttar Pradesh will be given an incentive of Rs 800 per month. The main objective behind the launch of the scheme is the welfare of senior citizens of the state of Uttar Pradesh . This scheme has been issued with increased incentive, earlier the incentive under this scheme was just Rs 750 per month and now this incentive is Rs 800 per month.
UP Widow Pension Scheme – Widow Pension Uttar Pradesh
Through the Uttar Pradesh Widow Pension Scheme , the Uttar Pradesh government is providing 500 rupees as an incentive to the widows of the state of Uttar Pradesh . The financial burden on the widows of some castes will be reduced through the implementation of this scheme. Also, the implementation of this scheme will develop the economically weaker section of the society.
Uttar Pradesh Disabled Pension Scheme
As mentioned above under this Uttar Pradesh Physically Disabled Pension Scheme, Rs 500 will be provided to all beneficiaries, but the main criterion to enter the scheme is 40% disability. To be eligible for the scheme, the applicant must have a 40% disability verified by the city or district hospital or any concerned officer of the scheme.
Eligibility Criteria for UP Pension Scheme
Only the following applicants will be able to avail UP pension schemes : –
- An applicant who is a resident of the state of Uttar Pradesh
- Applicant who belongs to below poverty line group.
- Applicant should also have BPL certificate.
- Applicant should be from economically weaker section of the society.
- Also, the applicant may be from the backward section of the society.

Uttar Pradesh Pension Scheme Application Process (Apply Online)
To apply for any of the above pension schemes, you have to take the following simple steps given below:
- First of all, go to the official website given here .
- Click on the option called Apply Online.
- Click on the new entry form for the new pensioner registration
- Fill the application form carefully.
- Upload all the above mentioned documents.
- Click save
- A registration acknowledgment slip with the registration number will be generated on the screen.
- Take a printout for future reference.
- The application form will be automatically sent to DSWO / DPO / DHWO
- You have to physically submit it to the DSWO / DPO / DHWO office within one month from the date of submission of the application form.
- After submission, you will get a computer-generated acknowledgment receipt from the concerned office

- On this home page, you have to click on the option of old age pension . After this the next page will open in front of you. On this page, you have to click on the ” Application Status ” option.
- After clicking on the option, the next page will open in front of you. On this page you will have to click on the option ” Login to see the status of the application “.
- After clicking on the option, a form will open in front of you. In this form, you have to fill the registration number, password and captcha code etc.
- After filling all the information, you will see the status of the application.
