Lucknow. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath (CM Yogi Adityanath) reviewed the status of Kovid-19 (COVID-19) in a high-level meeting. During this, he gave many important instructions. The CM said that while the entire country is fighting unitedly against the Corona epidemic, even in such a disaster, some mischievous elements are trying to blacken drugs, spread rumors or spoil the atmosphere. Stringent action should be taken against such people under the Gangster and NSA. Their property should be confiscated.
CM Yogi said that in the last 24 hours, more than 22 thousand people in UP have been free from corona infection. Every day this increase in the number of healthy people is very pleasant. If we all adopt the mantra of Test, Trace and Treat by implementing the Kovid protocol, then we will definitely win in this fight against Corona. Contact tracing is very important to break the chain of Kovid. CM said that test should be done for the family members of Kovid positive people as well as those who came in contact with them. The capacity of RTPCR and antigen test should be doubled.
Weekly corona curfew should not cause any inconvenience
The Chief Minister said that the weekly corona curfew will remain in effect from 8 pm on Friday night to 7 am on Monday. It should be strictly implemented in all the districts of the state. Police should be on patrolling, Kovid vaccination work will continue in this period, people will be allowed to go from home to the vaccination center and come back. There should not be any inconvenience to the citizens in traveling for vaccination. He said that industrial units and essential services will continue to operate during this period.
CM launches Oxytracker web portal
The Chief Minister said that smooth availability of oxygen is being ensured in the state. In this sequence, the Oxytracker web portal has been launched for live monitoring of oxygen supply system by the Chief Minister. This Oxytracker portal will be updated with all the necessary information including oxygen demand, total allocation, live location of trains, availability and consumption in the districts.
Oxygen audit should be conducted in every hospital
The Chief Minister said that the ‘Oxygen Express’ is being operated in collaboration with the Government of India. The availability of oxygen in all small and big hospitals of all districts should be monitored 24×7. There is a need to balance the demand and supply of oxygen. In this case, an oxygen audit should be conducted in every hospital. Those who are undergoing treatment in home isolation should also be provided oxygen as per the requirement. There will be no shortage of oxygen anywhere in the state.
Keep transparency in drug delivery
The Chief Minister said that the distribution of Remedisvir and other life-saving drugs should be done in a transparent manner. These facilities should be provided equally to all the needy. According to the consultation of the doctors, medicine should be made available to all as per the requirement. He stressed the need to further improve its distribution system along with supply. He said that the Chief Minister Helpline should constantly get information about the status of Kovid infected patients admitted in hospitals. Monitoring committees should be active.
Every day the supply of Remedisvir is being increased
Monitoring committees should be reviewed and monitored continuously. Awareness and publicity should be made regarding the imperative of masks and Kovid protocols in fruit and vegetable markets. There is no dearth of life-saving drugs like Remadecivir in the state. Its supply is being increased every day. At present, there is adequate availability of Remedicivir injection in the state. In view of the demand, continuous communication should be made with the pharmaceutical companies and supply should be made by sending the demand. With the cooperation of the Government of India, the state will receive one and a quarter million violations of Remedisvir as soon as possible. With this, the supply of Remeddivir in the state will be further arranged.
