UP Rojgar Mela 2021: The Yogi government has started an employment fair to give employment to the youth of Uttar Pradesh. From today on 24th March, employment fair is being organized in all 822 blocks of UP. Employment fair has been started from today with the cooperation of Service Planning Department and District Administration to give employment to youth in urban and rural areas. Under the employment fair, a target has been set to give employment to at least hundred youths in every block. There are a total of 822 blocks in UP, if 100 youths are provided employment in every block daily, then in total, 82 thousand 200 youths will be given employment by the state government in a day.
Only those youths who have registered on the website of the Service Planning Department can participate in the employment fair. Urban and rural youth from high school to PhD are being given employment in the employment fair. According to the officials of the employment department, in the employment fair, youths between the age of 18 to 40 years will get an opportunity to get employment in every small and big companies. According to the information given on the website of the employment department, 37,64,288 youths are active for searching for jobs on the portal. At the same time, 19,831 companies are giving jobs and the total number of active vacancies on the website is 7,386.
