Muzaffarnagar: Continuing the process of teachers working on fake degrees in Uttar Pradesh. New Mandi Kotwali police has arrested the teacher of primary school in Muzaffarnagar who has been working on fake degree for ten years. The ABSA had filed a report in New Mandi Kotwali 9 months ago on suspicion of the degree of B.Ed degree of the arrested teacher.
The arrested teacher has also been dismissed. Police has challaned it. Anil Chaudhary, a resident of village Simbalaki of Chhapar police station area, was working as a teacher in a primary school in village Bejhedi of New Mandi Kotwali area. He has been posted in the education department for ten years. On July 3, 2020, ABSA Sadar Yogesh Sharma had lodged a report in New Mandi Kotwali expressing doubts over the B.Ed degree of teacher Anil Chaudhary. At present, SI Vijaypal Atri was discussing this matter.
Teacher was dismissed by the government
Let us tell you that Vivechak told that the teacher had joined the education department in the 2004-2005 session of the education department on the basis of his B.Ed degree from Agra University. The teacher has been challaned in Section 420/467/468/471 of IPC. The government has dismissed the teacher who has done the job on fake degree. A notice of recovery of Rs 46 lakh has been sent to the accused teacher who received salary and other facilities during ten years of service from the government. Soon the government will recover the recovery from the accused teacher.
