Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation (up metro recruitment 2021) has announced about 292 new vacancies in the post of Assistant Manager and other technical positions. The Yogi government made big announcements for the metro rail projects in the budget, after which permission has also been given for these recruitments on Tuesday. For this, online applications can be made from 10 March to 2 April. Those who get jobs through these vacancies will be posted in Kanpur and Agra Metro.
The officer of Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation said that the basic salary in these recruitments will be up to 1.60 lakhs. Under the vacancy, six posts of Assistant Manager Operations are to be recruited. The salary for these posts will be up to Rs 50,000-1,60,000. On the other hand, for the 186 posts of station controller train operator, salary is kept 33,000- 67,300. Maintainer Electrical also has vacancy in 52 posts and the salary for this is Rs 19500-39,900. Apart from all these, the present recruitment is going to be done on 24 posts of Maintainer S&T with Rs 19500-39,900 and on 24 posts of Maintainer Civil, the direct recruitment is going to be Rs 19500-39,900. UP Metro’s DGM PR Panchanan Mishra told that youth should apply only after getting information on the official website of UP Metro.

Those eligible for these vacancies can apply through the official website of UP Metro, www.upmetrorail.com, from 10 March. Applications for this recruitment will be online only. General and OBC candidates applying will have to pay an application fee of Rs 590, while SCST applicants have been charged a fee of Rs 236. Candidates applying for the recruitment, educational, technical qualification, age limit eligibility and other related detailed information will be available from the official website of UP Metro itself. Apart from this, UPMRC has already warned the youth to apply only through the website.
