There is lack of connectivity in some places regarding 5G internet connectivity in India. To avoid this, Google has started a new payment system by adding virtual cards to the wallet. In this payment system, payment can be made through Google Wallet even without internet. This process is easy and safe.
At present, 5G internet connectivity has been introduced in India, but despite this, there are some places where internet connectivity is still not available. In such a situation, a new technology from Google will prove to be very helpful, in which online payment can be done without internet. Actually, contactless payment system is being introduced by Google. In this, Google Wallet will be linked to virtual card payment. In this technology, Google will have to connect the card once in the presence of internet connection. After this, payment can be made without internet. Once the card is connected, you will be able to simply tap and make payment. This is a very easy process.
How will the new payment system work?
In contactless payment, payment can be made through card or without card, through phone or smart wallet. When you open Google Wallet, a default virtual card appears. At that point the phone card transmits the data to the reader. When your Android phone approaches the NFC signal reader, the payment takes place. Here, once you’re offline, your phone seamlessly makes payments using Google Wallet’s NFC-transmitted code. However, if you remain offline for a long time, there will be problem in payment.
Note – For offline payment, Google will have to connect to the internet at least once every two days, so that you will be able to make offline payment from Google Wallet without any hassle.
