Unstructured Supplementary Service is a data driven mobile banking service that brings banking services to everyone across the country. You can use it in Hindi, English as well as in 13 other languages. This service gives you the facility to send money without internet to changing UPI PIN.
How to use it
- First of all dial *99# on your smartphone.
- You will use the same phone number which is linked to your bank account.
- Here you have to choose any one language for yourself.
- Then you have to write the name of your bank.
- Here you will see a list of bank accounts which will be linked to your number.
- Now you have to write the last 6 digits of your debit card along with the expiry date.
- When this work is set up successfully then you will be able to make UPI payment without internet connection.
Make offline UPI payment in this way
- First of all dial *99# on your phone and write 1 to send money.
- Then type the UPI ID or phone number of the person to whom you want to send money.
- After this, write the amount you want to send and then enter your UPI PIN.
- After doing this your payment will be done.
- Keep in mind that only a maximum of Rs 5,000 can be sent through this service.
