UPSC Exam: Metro and Namo Bharat train timings changed, will start at this time due to exam tomorrow

UPSC Exam 2024- UPSC Prelims Paper-I will be held from 9:30 am to 11:30 am. Whereas UPSC CSE Prelims Paper-II will be held from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm.

New Delhi. The Union Public Service Commission Civil Services Examination (UPSC CSE Prelims exam) will be held on Sunday i.e. tomorrow. In view of this, Delhi Metro, Noida Metro and Rapid Rail services on some lines will start from 6 am instead of 8 am. Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) and Noida Metro Rail Corporation (NMRC) have taken this decision to enable candidates to reach the exam center on time.

UPSC Prelims Paper-I will be held from 9:30 am to 11:30 am. UPSC CSE Prelims Paper-II will be held from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm. It is mandatory for the candidates to reach the exam center half an hour before the scheduled time. UPSC has requested all the candidates to come to the exam center with their admit card and photo identity card.

Here the metro starts at 8 am on Sundays

According to Delhi Metro Rail Corporation, this facility is for Phase-III sections where metro service starts at 8 am on Sundays. Noida Metro Rail Corporation’s services on the Aqua Line of the Metro Corridor between Noida-Greater Noida start at 8 am on Sundays. But for the convenience of the candidates appearing in the UPSC Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination to be held on June 16 (Sunday), metro service on the Aqua Line will start at 6 am instead of 8 am and trains will run at an interval of 15 minutes.

Dilshad Garden – Shaheed Sthal (New Bus Adda) – Delhi Metro Red Line
Noida City Centre – Noida Electronic City – Delhi Metro Blue Line
Mundka – Brigadier Hoshiar Singh – Delhi Metro Green Line
Badarpur Border – Raja Nahar Singh (Ballabhgarh) – Delhi Metro Violet Line
Majlis Park – Shiv Vihar – Delhi Metro Pink Line
Janakpuri West – Botanical Garden – Delhi Metro Magenta Line
Dhansa Bus Stand – Dwarka – Delhi Metro Grey Line

Namo Bharat train will also start running soon

In view of the Union Public Service Commission Civil Services preliminary examination to be held on Sunday, June 6, Namo Bharat train services on the Delhi-Ghaziabad-RRTS corridor will be started from 6:00 am instead of 8:00 am. Currently, Namo Bharat trains run from Sahibabad to Modinagar North on the RRTS corridor.
