UPSC Civil Services Notification 2021: Interested people will be able to apply for the Civil Services Examination 2021 by visiting the official website upsc.gov.in.
UPSC Notification 2021: Union Public Service Commission (Union Public Service Commission) will release the notification of Civil Services Examination 2021 today. The process of online application will start as soon as the notification is released. This year, the UPSC Civil Services Prelims Exam Date will be held on 27 June. Candidates who pass the pre exam will be given the chance to appear in the main examination. UPSC Civil Service Main Examination will be held on 17 September. Interested candidates will be able to fill up the application form (UPSC Form) for this exam by 2 March 2021 by visiting UPSC’s application portal upsconline.nic.in.
Eligibility
Graduates of any discipline can apply for the Civil Services Examination.
Age limit:
Candidates age should be between 21 years to 32 years.
Selection will be done on this basis, the selection of
candidates will be the same as before. Three stage examination will be conducted for the selection of candidates. The first will be the prelims exam, in which the candidates who pass will get a chance to participate in the main examination to be held in the second stage. At the same time, the candidates who will succeed in the main examination will be called for interview.
The pre exam will be of 400 marks. The main examination will be of 1750 marks and the interview will be of 275 marks. Only the marks of the main examination and interview are added to prepare the merit list. Candidates will be selected on the basis of merit which will be prepared by adding the marks of the main examination and interview.
Recruitment for these services will
be done every year to select officers for civil services like UPSC Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Police Service (IPS), Indian Revenue Service (IRS). Conducts three stages prelims, mains and interviews.
