Vande Bharat Train: It has been decided to temporarily cancel the Vande Bharat Express going from New Delhi to Mata Vaishno Devi Katra. This train has currently been stopped due to maintenance work.
Vande Bharat Train Canceled: Mata Vaishno Devi Katra Vande Bharat Express: Vande Bharat Express train (train number 22439/22440) going from New Delhi to Mata Vaishno Devi Katra will remain canceled till March 7. Indian Railways has decided to cancel this train temporarily. This train comes under Northern Railway and currently its service has been stopped due to maintenance work.

New Delhi-Vaishno Devi Katra Vande Bharat will remain canceled till March 7
According to ET Now report, non-interlocking and pre-non-interlocking works are being done in the yard as part of the redevelopment work of Jammu station. Due to this, Vande Bharat Express from Delhi to Katra has been canceled till March 7, 2025. However, other trains running on this route will operate as per their scheduled timetable.
New Delhi- Mata Vaishno Devi Katra Vande Bharat Express Schedule
This train runs six days a week and does not operate only on Wednesdays. It departs from New Delhi at 06:00 am and reaches Katra at 14:15 pm. On the return journey, the train departs from Katra at 14:55 pm and reaches Delhi at 23:00 pm. During the journey, this train stops at Ambala Cantt, Ludhiana Junction, Pathankot Cantt and Jammu Tawi stations. Talking about the fare, one has to pay Rs 1665 for AC chair car and Rs 3055 for executive chair car.
