Vande Bharat Cancelled: The construction work of the third line between Domingarh-Gorakhpur railway section of Northeast Railway will be done from April 12. Due to this, more than 50 trains including Vande Bharat are being cancelled. Under this, 10 trains will come and go only till Gomtinagar station. This will increase the difficulties of railway passengers.
Chief Public Relations Officer Pankaj Kumar Singh said that pre-non interlocking work will be done from 12th to 26th April and non-interlocking work will be done from 27th April to 3rd May. Under this, 12530/29 Lucknow Jn.-Patliputra, 15273 Raxaul-Anand Vihar Terminus, 15082/81 Gomtinagar-Gorakhpur, 15274 Anand Vihar Terminal-Raxaul, 15048/47 Gorakhpur-Kolkata, 15211/12 Darbhanga-Amritsar, 15031/32 Gorakhpur-Lucknow Jn., 22531/32 Chhapra-Mathura Junction, 15067 Gorakhpur-Bandra Terminus, 19410 Gorakhpur Sabarmati, 14010 Anand Vihar Terminal-Bapudham Motihari, 12571/72 Anand Vihar Terminal-Gorakhpur, 22549/50 Vande Bharat Express will remain cancelled from April 12 to May 2 on different dates. In the same sequence, more than 50 trains including 12587/88 Jammu Tawi-Gorakhpur, 22424/23 Gorakhpur-Amritsar, 15023/24 Yeshwantpur-Gorakhpur, 15029/30 Pune-Gorakhpur, 15017/18 Gorakhpur Lokmanya Tilak Terminus, 12511/12 Thiruvananthapuram North-Gorakhpur, 22533/34 Yeshwantpur Gorakhpur, 15705/06 Delhi Katihar, 15045/15046 Okha-Gorakhpur, 15057/58 Anand Vihar Terminus Gorakhpur will remain cancelled.
These trains will travel till Gomtinagar
Train number 07075 Hyderabad-Gorakhpur Special, 07076 Gorakhpur-Hyderabad Special, 15009 Gorakhpur Pilibhit Express, 15010 Pilibhit-Gorakhpur Express, 22538 Lokmanya Tilak Terminus-Gorakhpur Express, 22537 Gorakhpur-Lokmanya Tilak Terminus Express will come till Gomtinagar and will leave from here on return. In the same sequence, 15070 Aishbagh-Gorakhpur Express, 15069 Gorakhpur Aishbagh Express will run from Nakaha Jungle instead of Gorakhpur.
Lucknow-Banaras Express will run from Rae Bareli till 14th
Traffic block has been given due to the construction of concourse at Charbagh Railway Station. Due to this, train number 15107 Banaras-Lucknow Express running from Banaras till 14 April will end its journey at Rae Bareli instead of Charbagh station. On the return journey, train number 15108 Lucknow-Banaras Express running from Lucknow till April 14 will be run from Rae Bareli instead of Charbagh.
Varanasi Intercity 20 trains will be disrupted
Doubling work will be done on the Maa Belha Devi Pratapgarh-Pirathiganj-Maa Barahi Devi Dham-Gaura railway section of Northern Railway Lucknow Division. Due to this, the operation of trains will be disrupted from 20 to 26 March. Senior DCM Kuldeep Tiwari said that 14201 Jaunpur Raebareli Express, 14202 Raebareli Jaunpur Express, 55141 Banaras Maa Belha Devi Dham Passenger, 55142 Maa Belha Devi Dham Banaras Passenger will remain canceled during this period. At the same time, 24203/04 Varanasi Lucknow Varanasi Superfast, 13005/06 Howrah Amritsar Mail, 12355/56 Jammu Tawi Archana Express, 12875 Puri Anand Vihar Neelanchal Express will be run on the changed route Lucknow-Sultanpur-Varanasi route. 15119/20 Varanasi Dehradun Express will run via Rae Bareli, Unchahar, Phaphamau, Jaghai, 22683 Yesvantpur Lucknow Express and 54254 Lucknow Prayagraj Sangam Passenger will run via Lucknow, Rae Bareli, Unchahar, Phaphamau, Prayagraj Sangam route. Senior DCM informed that 22130 Ayodhya Cantonment Lokmanya Tilak Express will run one hour late on 26 March. 20413 Varanasi Indore Mahakal Express will run half an hour late on 20 March, 15108 Lucknow Varanasi Express will run 45 minutes late on 26th, 15127 Banaras New Delhi Kashi Vishwanath Express will run after stopping for 45 minutes on 26th.
