Bareilly residents are going to get another gift in the coming days after the Dehradun-Lucknow Vande Bharat Express train starts operating via Bareilly. Indian Railways’ most premium train Vande Bharat Express is going to be run on two more routes, whose journey will be completed via Bareilly.
Vande Bharat Express is one of the premium trains of Indian Railways. People like to travel in it for its fast speed and pleasant journey. People of Bareilly are also getting a chance to travel in this premium train these days. The operation of Vande Bharat Express running between Lucknow and Dehradun via Bareilly was started before the elections. There is a great craze for this train among the people of Bareilly. The number of passengers of Vande Bharat Express from Bareilly Junction has also been decent. In view of this, now the Northeast Railway Moradabad Division is considering increasing the number of Vande Bharat trains at Izzatnagar Railway Station, Bareilly City and Bareilly Junction.
In the coming days, the railway is working on a plan to run Vande Bharat trains via Lucknow-Delhi, Kathgodam-Delhi and Tanakpur-Lucknow via Pilibhit, Shahjahanpur, Sitapur, Ramnagar. Two of these trains will pass through all three railway stations of Bareilly. This will give Bareilly residents a chance to travel in Vande Bharat Express from all three stations of the district. According to the railways, Vande Bharat Express train operations can be started soon.
Let us tell you that currently Dehradun-Lucknow Vande Bharat train is being run via Bareilly. There is also a proposal to run Vande Bharat on Lucknow-Delhi, Kathgodam-Delhi and Tanakpur-Lucknow routes. Two of these three trains will pass through different stations of Bareilly. Railway PRO Rajendra Singh says that at least two more Vande Bharat trains will be started operating by next month. Railways have started preparations for this. Railway tracks are being improved. Speed checking of trains will be done from next month, after which the operation of Vande Bharat trains will be given the green signal.
