There will be direct connectivity between the two cities.

Agra is a very important and big station of UP from the railway point of view. Most of the trains connecting north to south and east to west pass through Agra. Now the railway has prepared to make Agra a hub of Vande Bharat trains. In this episode, the railway has given the gift of the fourth Vande Bharat to Agra. On Wednesday, the railway announced a new Vande Bharat train connecting the Taj city to the city of Baba Vishwanath, Varanasi.

The new Vande Bharat train connecting the Taj city to the city of Baba Bhole, Varanasi will be run via Prayagraj route. From Agra Cantt, this train will reach Varanasi, stopping at Tundla Junction, Etawah Junction, Kanpur Central, Prayagraj Junction. Vande Bharat Express will leave from Agra Cantt at 6:00 am and reach Varanasi Junction at 1:00 pm. On the return, the train will leave from Varanasi to Agra at 3:20 pm and reach Prayagraj Junction at 4:50 pm and reach Agra Cantt Junction at 10:20 pm via Kanpur, Etawah, Tundla. The Varanasi-Agra Vande Bharat Express will not operate on Friday. Maintenance process will be completed on this day.

Will cover a distance of 573 km in 7 hours

A plan has been made to run Vande Bharat Express between Agra and Varanasi 6 days a week. The train will cover a distance of 573 km between Agra and Varanasi in 7 hours. The Agra division will maintain the train. Its maintenance and all equipment will be checked every Friday. Technically speaking, Agra Cantt-Varanasi Vande Bharat is the first Vande Bharat train of Agra Railway Division. Only Agra loco pilots and train managers will be deployed on the train.

The average speed will be 81.86 km

The average speed of Vande Bharat is expected to be 81.86 km per hour. The train will run at a speed of 110 km per hour between Agra and Tundla. At the same time, the speed of the train from Tundla to Prayagraj will be 130 km per hour. The speed of the train from Prayagraj to Varanasi will be 110 km per hour. A primary maintenance center has been set up at Agra Junction.
