The route of this train will have stations like Reasi, Bakkal, Dugga, Sawalkot, Sangaldan, Sumber, Khari, Banihal, Qazigund, Sadura, Anantnag, Bijbehara, Panjgam, Awantipora, Ratnipora, Kakapora, Pampore. This train will cover the distance between Katra and Srinagar in about two and a half to three hours.

There has been no official announcement yet about what will be the fare of Vande Bharat train between Katra and Srinagar. According to railway sources, it is likely that the fare for AC chair car on this route can be between Rs 1500 and Rs 1700. While for the executive chair car, passengers may have to pay between Rs 2400 and Rs 2600. According to railway sources, the fare will be announced and booking of seats will start as soon as the train is inaugurated on February 17.
