According to Indian Express, the eight-rake Vande Bharat train left Coimbatore at 5 am and reached Bengaluru station at 10:45 am. During this period the train covered a distance of 315 kilometres. This will be the fourth Vande Bharat train of Karnataka.

Actually, PM Modi is going to launch five new Vande Bharat trains on December 30. He will flag off these trains from Ayodhya station itself. There is also a train in this, Coimbatore-Bengaluru Vande Bharat train. A train will also run between Mangalore and Margao (Goa). Apart from this, Ayodhya-Anand Vihar, Katra-New Delhi Vande Bharat, New Delhi-Amritsar and Mumbai-Jalna Vande Bharat are also included in this list. There is also a growing demand from rail passengers in Karnataka to start more Vande Bharat trains to places like Tirupati, Madurai and Ernakulam.

Know what the route will be

As per the schedule shared by South Western Railway, the Coimbatore-Bengaluru Vande Bharat train will depart from Coimbatore at 5 am, reaching Omalur (7:40 am), Dharmapuri (8:30 am), Hosur (10:05 am). o’clock). After this it will reach Bengaluru Cantonment at 11:30 am. At the same time, this train will leave from Bengaluru again at 1.40 pm and will reach Coimbatore at 8 pm. During the trial run, the maximum speed of Vande Bharat was recorded at 110 kilometers per hour. Vande Bharat is expected to reduce the travel time by 2-2.5 hours compared to other express trains on the Coimbatore-Bengaluru route.
