New Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the country’s first Vande Bharat Metro Train on September 16. It will run between Ahmedabad and Bhuj in Gujarat. This train has been designed just like the metro trains running in big cities of the country including Delhi and Mumbai.
Train schedule
The Vande Bharat Metro train will start its journey from Bhuj at 5:05 am and will reach Ahmedabad at 10:50 am on the same day. After this, for its return trip, it will leave Ahmedabad at 5:30 pm and reach Bhuj at 11:10 pm.
Train route
The metro train will complete the journey by stopping for an average of 2 minutes at 9 stations on the way. This train will run 6 days a week. Its service will not be available from Bhuj every Sunday, while its service will not be available from Ahmedabad on Saturday. On the way, this train will stop at Anjar, Gandhi Dham, Bhachau, Samakhiali, Halvad, Dhrangadhra, Viramgam, Chandlodia and Sabarmati stations.
Speed of Vande Bharat Metro
Vande Metro is a semi-high speed train. Indian Railways claims that the new Vande Bharat Metro train will complete the journey of 360 km in just 5 hours 45 minutes. The top speed of the train will be 110 km per hour.

Talking about the tickets of Vande Bharat Metro train, its minimum fare will be Rs. 30.
1150 passengers will be able to sit
This Vande Bharat Metro train with 12 coaches will have seating facility for 1,150 passengers.
