New Vande Bharat Express: The popularity of Vande Bharat trains is continuously increasing. There is a demand for new Vande Bharat train from different states of the country. Let us tell you that new Vande Bharat trains are going to arrive very soon in many states including Puri-Rourkela in Odisha to Kasaragod-Thiruvananthapuram in Kerala. Railways has made all its preparations regarding this. The launch date is yet to be announced. Let us see in which states the new Vande Bharat Express trains are ready to reach their speed.
Second Vande Bharat train in Odisha
In Odisha, the second Vande Bharat Express train (Puri-Rourkela Vande Bharat Express Train) has been trialled on Wednesday between Puri and Talcher Road stations. Officials said that this train will leave Puri station at 5 am and reach Bhubaneswar at 6.05 am. After this, this train will stop at Cuttack, Dhenkanal, Angul and reach Sambalpur at 10.15.
On return, this train will leave Rourkela at 2.10 pm and reach Puri at 9.40 pm, covering a journey of seven and a half hours. Puri-Rourkela Vande Bharat Express train will connect the coastal districts of the state with the western regions. In May, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had flagged off Odisha’s first Vande Bharat Express, which runs between Puri and Howrah.
Preparation for new Vande Bharat train in Rajasthan also
The Ministry of Railways posted a post on X saying that Rajasthan is going to get the third Vande Bharat Express train very soon. Railways has also shared a video of the trial run of this train.
Kerala will also get second Vande Bharat train
Sources related to Railways said that Kerala is also going to get its second Vande Bharat Express Train very soon. According to sources, this train can run from Sunday, which is to be run between Kasaragod and Thiruvananthapuram. This train will depart from Kasagod at 7 am and reach Thiruvananthapuram at 3.05 pm. Whereas on the same day, the train will depart at 4.05 pm and reach Kasaragod at 11.55 pm. The first Vande Bharat train in Kerala was flagged off by PM Modi with much fanfare on 25 April.
