New Vande Bharat train: Indian Railways is one of the largest rail networks in the world. Which includes a total of 18 zones. It is a great and superfast train run by Indian Railways. Which is an initiative of Make in India of the Government of India. In which, by increasing the facilities, Indian Railways has made the sleeper train of Vande Bharat.
First Sleeper Train
The country’s first Vande Bharat train will run from New Delhi to Srinagar. This train will provide a new experience of convenience to the devotees for Mata Vaishno Devi. This train will be launched on 26 January 2025. Which will be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Its total distance is 800 kilometers. Which will take only 13 hours to complete. During the journey of the train, major stations like Ambala Cantt Junction, Ludhiana Junction, Kathua, Jammu Tawi, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra, Sangaldan and Banihal will come on the way. During the journey of this train, the world’s highest Chenab Bridge will also come. The height of the bridge is 321 meters.
All weather connectivity
With the help of this train, there will be all weather connectivity between the capital Delhi and the Kashmir valley. With this, travelling to the valleys will become very easy and accessible.
